I'm hooked from the 1st book till the last. Invisible Wounds was a great story line. I'm a fast reader and I told myself that I was going to only purchase 1 book a month and stretch them out, Yeah right. 😄

"Garbage Man" did not disappoint. Well written, lots of twists, enough details to get the point across but not gory. Personally, I would prefer less profanity, but that's a personal preference. I'm able to gloss over much of it. I'm on to book 2 now.

Great plot twists! You’re guaranteed to lose a lot of sleep by telling yourself, “Just one more chapter…” since it’s so easy to be invested in a win for the good guys. Looking forward to more of Chase & Garrison. They & their messy, gritty relationship have made them my new favourite couple. Admittedly, I’m salty that book 4 in the Deception Point series isn’t based on them so I’m heading back over to Hidden Valor to read book 5 & see what Kate Holland & her trusty, furry pal Ruger are up to.

I've just read the prequel, Invisible Wounds. I'm hooked. I will be starting book one of this series in the morning. I hope the rest are as good as this one.

I read the prequel. I couldn't put it down. She takes you on the journey and it's like you are there. Keeps you on the edge of your seat to see what happens.

I stumbled across book one of the series and being a dog person who loves mysteries I was curious to see where this would go. The writing was engaging and had many twist and turns. I on to book two to see what Kate and Ruger will get mixed up in next. Great job Candace!

I finished reading the whole series earlier this week. I read them in order -- one after the other. I am a dog lover (Malinois, in particular), so to read about Ruger's exploits was certainly enjoyable. Another thought -- I do not recall reading a book, or a series, where the main character had so many flaws and carried so much personal baggage. Yet, Kate muddled her way through all the clutter to come out on top! Enjoyed my time with Kato, Ruger, Arash, and the others. Thank you!

Excellent action & storyline! Very entertaining & holds your attention. Well written & start of great series. I highly recommend if you enjoy a military edged mystery series.

I enjoyed this initial offering of the Sisters trilogy a great deal. Ms. Irving has a good formula and weaves a good tale!

The first two books of this series that I've read are really good. Great character development, plot twists and very well written. Can't wait to keep reading!
